B2B SaaS Platform, multi-tenant launch

The problem

Founders had a working prototype but no path to a real multi-tenant production system. They needed isolation, billing, role-based access, and a deploy story that did not break under real customer load.

The solution

Designed a multi-tenant SaaS on AWS. Postgres row-level security for tenant isolation, S3 per-tenant prefixes, Stripe billing with seat-based plans, RBAC with audit log, blue-green deploys via CI. Same codebase serves customers in EU, US, and AU regions.
