The problem
Banks, telcos, and lenders were running collections on spreadsheets, dialler scripts, and disconnected tools. Recovery rates were low, customer experience was poor, and compliance teams could not audit decisions. Each new client took weeks of bespoke setup.
The solution
Built core modules of a cloud-native debt recovery platform on AWS. Configurable strategy engine (rules and ML scores choose the next action per debtor), self-serve customer portal for digital repayment, omnichannel orchestration across email, SMS, voice, and letters, and a tenant config layer so a new client can be onboarded by configuration rather than custom code. Event-driven on Lambda, EventBridge, and DynamoDB for elasticity at month-end peaks.
